About these terms
This store is operated under the trading name Voltcrest Ltd. These terms explain how purchases and use of our website work. Read them alongside our privacy policy, shipping policy and returns policy. Contact us through our contact form.
Products and compatibility
Check the product description, specifications, device compatibility, included items and selected variant before ordering. Images may show devices or accessories used for illustration; only the items expressly listed as included form part of your purchase. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. We will supply goods that meet the description and applicable consumer standards.
Prices and payment
The currency and price displayed at checkout apply to your order. Delivery charges and applicable taxes calculated by checkout are shown before payment. Product-specific destination restrictions and any import charges that are not included will be stated where applicable. Promotions have the conditions shown with the offer. We will not add an undisclosed optional charge after purchase without your agreement.
Placing an order
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your order before paying. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We may contact you if a product is unavailable, a material listing error is discovered or further information is needed. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will notify you and refund the payment for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. A dispatched order may need to follow the returns process. Eligible consumers retain their statutory cancellation rights, including the rights explained in our returns policy. These terms do not remove those rights.
Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates vary by product and destination. See the product details and our shipping policy. Where goods are dispatched separately, we will provide the available dispatch information. If a parcel is delayed or missing, contact us with your order number. For consumer purchases, we remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or a person you nominate, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently arrange.
Returns, faults and warranties
Our returns policy explains how to request a return and the available remedies. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their stated purpose and as described where applicable consumer law requires this. Any additional commercial warranty will be stated in the product listing; it does not replace your statutory rights. Existing orders keep any commercial warranty expressly promised when they were placed.
Safe use
Follow the supplied instructions and use compatible power supplies, cables and devices. Do not use damaged batteries, chargers or electrical equipment. Contact us if an item arrives damaged or develops a safety issue. Stop using the item where continued use could be unsafe.
Accounts and website use
Keep account credentials private. Do not use the website for fraud, impersonation, malicious software, unauthorised access or interference with other customers. We may restrict access reasonably where needed to protect customers or the store. We will never ask you to provide a password, full card details or a verification code through our contact form.
Intellectual property and feedback
The website content and branding belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for normal browsing and shopping. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder. If you submit a product review, it must reflect your own experience and respect others’ rights. Permission to publish a review does not authorise us to disclose your private contact information.
Shopify and other services
Shopify provides the technology that hosts our store and checkout. Your purchase is made from Voltcrest Ltd. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Applicable consumer rights take priority over any conflicting wording in these terms. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach where the law requires this.
Privacy and enquiries
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled and how to exercise privacy rights. Use our contact form for an order issue, complaint or question about these terms. Include enough information for us to identify the order, but do not include passwords or payment-card details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes will not retrospectively remove the terms or consumer rights that applied to an existing order. Last updated: 2 October 2026.

By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the 'Dispute Resolution' section below. The Program uses artificial intelligence ('AI') technology to generate personalized messages, product recommendations, and conversational responses. Some or all messages you receive through the Program may be composed, in whole or in part, by AI systems rather than human agents.
Section 2: New "AI-Powered Messaging" Section (Insert after Program Description)
AI-Powered Messaging. Messages you receive through the Program may be generated using artificial intelligence and machine learning technology. This means that some messages, including product recommendations, promotional offers, and conversational responses, are created by AI systems rather than written by a human. You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) AI-generated messages may contain inaccuracies. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate information, AI-generated messages may include errors regarding product details, pricing, availability, promotions, or other information. You should independently verify any product information, pricing, or promotional offers before making a purchase decision.
(b) AI responses are not professional advice. AI-generated messages do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
(c) Your conversations may be processed by AI. When you reply to messages or engage in conversations through the Program, your responses may be processed by AI systems to generate relevant replies. Your message content, purchase history, and browsing activity may be used by AI systems to personalize your experience.
(d) You may request human assistance. If at any time you prefer to interact with a human representative rather than an AI system, you may request human assistance by contacting us at [CONTACT METHOD].
Section 3: Updated Consent Language (Replace existing opt-in paragraph)
By participating in the Program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing mobile messages, including AI-generated content, personalized product recommendations, and conversational AI responses, at the phone number associated with your opt-in. You understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer and/or AI-generated content, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of Our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system ('ATDS' or 'autodialer'). You specifically consent to receiving messages where the content is generated, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence systems.
Section 4: New "Data and AI" Section (Insert before Privacy section)
Data Use for AI Personalization. To provide you with personalized messages and recommendations through the Program, we may use information including your purchase history, browsing activity, product preferences, and prior message interactions. This information may be processed by AI systems, including third-party AI service providers, to generate relevant and personalized communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Our AI service providers are contractually prohibited from using your personal information to train their general-purpose AI models.
Section 5: New "Limitation of Liability for AI Content" Section
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (A) INACCURACIES, ERRORS, OR OMISSIONS IN AI-GENERATED MESSAGES, INCLUDING INCORRECT PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICING, OR AVAILABILITY; (B) ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT; (C) ANY PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION GENERATED BY AI SYSTEMS; OR (D) THE PERFORMANCE, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF AI FEATURES. THE PROGRAM AND ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Section 6: Updated Checkout Opt-In Language
Replace the current recommended checkout opt-in language with:
