Refund policy

For a return, cancellation or product problem, contact Voltcrest Ltd with your order number and the item concerned. Please request return instructions before sending a parcel; the dispatch address may not be the correct returns address.

Change-of-mind returns

Our existing 30-day return offer applies to unused items with their accessories and original packaging, subject to the terms offered when you purchased. This offer is additional to your statutory rights.

For UK distance purchases, you normally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them. Applicable statutory exceptions may apply, such as personalised goods or qualifying sealed hygiene items that have been unsealed. Sale or clearance pricing does not remove statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with a description of the issue. A photo may help us resolve it. Faulty or misdescribed goods are covered by your applicable consumer rights; an arbitrary short reporting deadline does not remove those rights. We cover reasonable return postage where the goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Return postage and condition

For change-of-mind returns, you normally pay return postage unless we agreed otherwise. Pack the item securely and keep proof of posting. Under statutory cancellation rights, any deduction for diminished value must reflect handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method. For qualifying statutory cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, and refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.

Warranty and existing orders

Any additional product warranty is stated in the listing. A manufacturer or commercial warranty does not replace statutory rights. Warranty and return promises made when an existing order was placed continue to apply.
