Processing and delivery

Processing time is separate from transit time. Products may ship from different supply partners or warehouses, and a multi-item order may arrive in separate parcels. Where a product has a specific delivery estimate, refer to its listing before ordering.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, holidays, customs checks and remote destinations can affect timing.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when it becomes available from the carrier. If tracking appears delayed or your parcel has not arrived, send us your order number so we can investigate.

Charges and customs

Review the total and shipping charges shown at checkout before paying. International taxes or import charges depend on the destination and shipping arrangement. Do not assume a shipment is duty-paid unless this is expressly confirmed for your order.

Delivery address

Check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery problems

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check the delivery location and contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
